Craftsmanship, care, and respect for the land.

Haleakalā Hardwoods began with childhood trips to the family ranch, where a grandfather transformed fallen trees into handcrafted bowls. That early appreciation for Maui's timber grew into a full-scale operation, combining local expertise, professional equipment, and decades of experience to responsibly mill rare hardwoods into slabs and lumber.

While historically most of our lumber comes from the slopes of Haleakalā, a substantial part of our current collection features reclaimed timber from Lahaina, salvaged after the wildfires.

Cut once. Dried properly.

Hawaiian hardwoods move. We dry every slab through our state-of-the-art iDry kiln system, ensuring stability, quality, and longevity.

We harvest only salvaged and reclaimed wood, including deadfall from native forests, material from our own tree service operations, and trees sourced from local arborists.
